By using TTSMP3, operated by HSMG Services & Consulting Inc., you agree to these terms.

Using the service

You may convert text you have the right to use. Do not use the service to create audio that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or that pretends to be a real person in order to deceive. Do not try to get around the limits of your plan or overload the service.

Your audio

You may use audio you create for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for the text you submit. The voices are provided under their own open-source licences; some voice models may limit commercial use, and we only offer voices whose licences allow it.

Paid plans

Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Fees are not refunded for partial months unless the law requires it.

The website player

If you add the player to your website, you are responsible for the content it reads and for informing your readers. We may suspend a player key that is abused.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We aim to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell account holders by email before it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
